It is not very easy to find adjective to define this Yadav. He is an adjective in himself. He constantly provides cartoonists, humor columnists and night show hosts with raw material. There are more than one web sites with a special Lalu Yadav joke section.
He is shrewd, resourceful and street-smart, he fights dirty and he is irrepressible. He likes to get his way one way or the other and is apt to making scandulous remarks.

Born in the year 1948, he was elected to the 6th Lok Sabha at an early age of 29 years in 1977. In 1989, he became the leader of the opposition after acting as the Bihar Legislative Assembly for two terms. He held the position of Chief Minister of the Bihar Legislative Assembly from 1990-97. He was re-elected to the 12th Lok Sabha for a third term.
He has a Law degree and he likes reading books on and about thinkers and revolutionaries. He also writes - he has written articles on politics and economics.
