Thepla (Spiced Fenugreek Roti)

Ingredients |
- 2 cups Wheat flour
- 1/2 cup Fenugreek leaves
- 3 tablespoons Oil
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder

- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- Oil
- Salt (As per taste)

Method |
Wash and finely chop the fenugreek leaves. Mix all the ingredients together and knead into a soft dough. Cover and keep aside for 35-40 minutes. Knead a little and divide into small balls. Roll these out with the help of a rolling pin, sprinkling flour whenever necessary.
Heat a tawa and roast each side lightly. Put 1 tbsp oil on top of the thepla and some oil around it. Cook for a minute. Repeat for the under side as well.
