					| Khandvi (Seasoned Gram flour rolls)   |

					1 1/4 cups Gram flour (besan)1 cup Curd1 inch Ginger1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder2 Green chillies4 tablespoons Oil | 
					1 teaspoon Mustard seeds2 tablespoons Grated coconut2 tablespoons Chopped coriander leaves1 tablespoon Sesame seedsSalt (As per taste) |  |

		| Grease the back of a few thalis or any smooth surface. Keep aside. 
 Make a paste of the ginger and the green chillies. Add the flour into a bowl, add the ginger- chilli paste, salt and turmeric powder. Add well beaten curd. Mix well to avoid lumps. Cook this mixture for a few minutes till it thickens. Smear the batter over the greased thali as thin as possible. The mixture has to be hot while smearing. When cool, roll out and cut into small pieces.
 
 Heat the oil, add the mustard and the sesame seeds. Once the seeds start crackling, pour onto the khandvi.
 
 Garnish with chopped coriander and coconut.
