Crispy Potatoes

Ingredients |
- 1 kg Potatoes
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 2 teaspoons Coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon Chilli powder

- 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala
- 1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida
- 8 tablespoons Oil
- Salt (As per taste)

Method |
Boil, peel and cube the potatoes.
Heat oil in a deep bottomed pan, add asafoetida and cubed potatoes. Add salt, stir and cook on a high flame. When 3/4th done, drain out excess oil if any. Add the remaining ingredients and cook on a low flame till crispy.
Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves and grated coconut.
