Churma Na Ladoo (Wheat flour Ladoos)

Ingredients |
- 200 grams Wheat flour
- 150 grams Powdered sugar
|
- 150 grams Ghee
- 2 teaspoons Cardamom powder
|

Method |
Knead the flour into a smooth dough with little ghee and water. Divide into small round balls.
Slightly flatten and fry in hot oil/ghee till golden brown and crisp. Powder the fried balls completely.
Heat 2 tablespoons of ghee in a frying pan. Add the fried powder and cardamom powder and saute on a low flame till light brown. Cool slightly.
When still warm, add the sugar. Mix well and roll into small balls.
Store in an airtight container.
