Chatpat Sabudana Vadas (Quick Sago Vadas)

- 200 grams Sabudana
- 1 cup Butter milk
- 50 grams Rice flour
- 30 grams Wheat flour

- 1 medium Onion
- 10 grams Ginger-chilli paste
- Salt (As per taste)

Method |
Soak the sabudana in buttermilk for 2-3 hrs. Drain excess buttermilk if any. Into the soaked sabudana add the flours, ginger chilli paste, diced onion, salt and mix well. Make small, round balls and deep fry in hot oil. You can serve the vadas with any chutney you like. They taste awesome without any chutney too.
