Besan Pudla (Besan Parathas)

Ingredients |
- 2 cups Gram flour (besan)
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon Ginger-chilli paste

- 1/4 cup Chopped onions
- 1/4 cup Chopped tomatoes
- Oil
- Salt (As per taste)

Method |
Mix all the ingredients together. Add water to make a thick batter. Mix well to avoid lumps.
Smear a little ghee or oil on a heated griddle. Pour out a large spoonful of batter on the griddle, smear it evenly with the back of a spoon. Put a tbsp of oil or ghee on top of the pudla and some around its side. Turn and cook the other side. Remove when crisp.
Serve hot.
