Potatoes with Caramelised Onions

Ingredients |
- 1 kg Potatoes
- 1 pinch Nutmeg powder
- 100 grams Butter
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 4 Garlic cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon Oregano
- 60 ml Cream

- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 Chopped onions
- 1 tablespoon Thyme
- 200 ml Chicken stock
- Seasoning cube(veg.)
- Salt (As per taste)

Method |
Peel and slice the potatoes and boil. Drain. Add warm milk, sour cream and butter. Saute sliced onions till golden brown, add crushed garlic and seasoning. Add the herbs and stock, let them simmer for a while. Add to the potatoes and gently mash. Serve garnished with dill and baby onions.
