 Mussels Fry 
Ingredients
  • 15 Mussels
  • 1 large Tomato
  • 1 large Onion
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 2 Green chillies
  • 1/2 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons Oil
  • Salt (As per taste)
Method
Wash the mussels well before taking them out of the shells, pry open and retain the flesh.
Chop the tomato, onion, chillies, garlic and the mussels finely.

Heat oil in a pan, add the chopped onions and saute till they are soft. Add the chillies and garlic. Fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the chopped tomato and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add the mussels and the vinegar. Add salt. Stir fry till the mussels are tender. Serve hot.
