Mankyo (Stuffed Squids)

Ingredients |
- 8 large Squids
- 1 cup Shrimps
- 1 large Onion
|
- 2 Green chillies
- 2-3 Garlic cloves
- Salt (As per taste)

Method |
Clean and wash the squids. Make sure to remove the ink pouch. Separate tentacles and keep aside. Chop the tentacles, shrimps, onions, garlic and green chillies finely. Heat oil in a pan, add the tentacles, onions and chillies and saute for 2-3 minutes. Add the shrimps and the chopped garlic. Saute for another 2-3 minutes. Cool.
Stuff the squids with the above masala and sew the opening or pierce through with a toothpick to hold the stuffing. Heat oil in a saucepan, add the stuffed squids. Cook on a slow flame for about 5-7 minutes. Add some water, cook for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
