Goan Lobsters

Ingredients |
- 2 kg Lobsters
- 1 large Onion
- 1/2 teaspoon Ginger juliennes
- 2-3 tablespoons Groundnut oil

- 1/4 teaspoon Garlic
- 2 Green chillies
- 2 tablespoons Curry powder

Method |
Boil the lobsters.Remove the meat from the boiled lobsters and keep aside. Pre heat oven to 150c and place the shells in the oven. Warm them thoroughly.
Heat oil in a frying pan. Add the onions, ginger, garlic and chillies. Fry till the onions are soft and transparent. Add little water to the curry powder to make a smooth paste and fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the lobster meat and cook gently till it has mixed well with the masala. Spoon the mixture back into the warmed lobster shells.
Garnish with lemon wedges.
