Beef Croquette (Beef Cutlets)

Ingredients |
- 1/4 kg Beef
- 1 teaspoon Ginger-garlic paste
- 3 Green chillies
- 2 slices Bread
- 1 Egg
- 2 medium Sliced onions

- 1 tablespoon Vinegar
- 2 cups Bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala
- Oil (for frying)
- Salt (As per taste)

Method |
Soak the bread slices in water and squeeze out excess water. Coat the meat with ginger-garlic paste, garam masala and vinegar and marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a deep bottomed pan, fry the onions till transparent. Add chopped chillies. Add the marinated meat. Stir fry till completely dry. Cool and mince. Add the soaked bread in the mince along with slightly beaten egg and salt. Mix well. Shape into croquettes or small cutlets. Roll in bread crumbs and deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.
Serve hot.
