Yetti Fry (Prawn Fry (Dry))

Ingredients |
- 1 cup Prawns
- 3 tablespoons Red chilli powder
- 2 Sliced onions
- 1/2 tablespoon Garlic paste

- 1 tablespoon Ginger paste
- 1 small Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- Salt(As per taste)

Method |
Cook the prawns with salt and 2 tbsp. red chilli powder until dry.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the sliced onions till light brown. Add the ginger garlic paste and saute till golden brown. Then add the cooked prawns and saute for 4-5 minutes with the remaining masala.
Serve hot.
