Seafood Coconut Soup

Ingredients |
- 250 grams Fish fillets (boneless)
- 3 cups Water
- 400 grams Coconut milk
- 1 Onion
- 1 tablespoon Lemon grass

- 2 Red chillies
- 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 100 grams Chinese cabbage
- 1/4 cup Coriander leaves

Method |
Cut the fish into smaller pieces and shred the cabbage.Combine all ingredients in a pan, bring to a boil.
Simmer uncovered for about 10 minutes or until the fish is tender.
