 Seafood Coconut Soup 
Ingredients
  • 250 grams Fish fillets (boneless)
  • 3 cups Water
  • 400 grams Coconut milk
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon grass
  • 2 Red chillies
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 100 grams Chinese cabbage
  • 1/4 cup Coriander leaves
Method
Cut the fish into smaller pieces and shred the cabbage.Combine all ingredients in a pan, bring to a boil.

Simmer uncovered for about 10 minutes or until the fish is tender.
