Mixed Vegetable Soup

Ingredients |
- 100 grams Tomatoes
- 100 grams Cucumber
- 100 grams Beetroot
- 100 grams Cabbage

- 100 grams Spinach
- 50 grams Peas (fresh)
- 800 ml Water
- Salt (As per taste)

Method |
Chop the vegetables and steam them in a pressure cooker. Seperate the liquid and vegetables. Blend vegetables into a creamy pulp. Sieve it. Mix with the liquid kept aside. Add salt, boil for five minutes. Season with oil and cumin seeds.
Garnish with coriander leaves and grated coconut. Serve with a piece of lemon.
