 Green Spinach Soup 
  • 300 gram Spinach leaves
  • 7 pieces Khatti bhaji
  • 2 tablespoons Dill leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 2 Onion
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander-cumin seed powder
  • 3 Green chillies
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • Pepper (As per taste)
  • Salt (As per taste)
Finely chop the greens and boil for 10-15 minutes with 4 cups of water till tender. Chop the chillies and garlic into very small pieces.

Heat oil and fry onions till transparent. Add coriander-cumin powder, green chillies, garlic and salt. Fry for a few minutes. Mix in greens.

Cool and blend or put in food processor and process till pureed.

Serve hot sprinkled with salt and pepper.
