Green Spinach Soup

Ingredients |
- 300 gram Spinach leaves
- 7 pieces Khatti bhaji
- 2 tablespoons Dill leaves
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 2 Onion

- 1 teaspoon Coriander-cumin seed powder
- 3 Green chillies
- 2 Garlic cloves
- Pepper (As per taste)
- Salt (As per taste)

Method |
Finely chop the greens and boil for 10-15 minutes with 4 cups of water till tender. Chop the chillies and garlic into very small pieces.
Heat oil and fry onions till transparent. Add coriander-cumin powder, green chillies, garlic and salt. Fry for a few minutes. Mix in greens.
Cool and blend or put in food processor and process till pureed.
Serve hot sprinkled with salt and pepper.
