Green Chicken Pakodas

Ingredients |
- 1/2 kg Chicken
- 3 teaspoons Ginger-garlic paste
- 4-5 Green chillies
- 3/4 cup Coriander leaves
- 3/4 cup Mint leaves

- 2 cups Maida
- 1/2 - 1 cup Water
- 3 medium Eggs
- Salt (As per taste)

Method |
Wash and chop the chicken into small pieces.Wash and grind the coriander leaves, mint leaves and green chillies into a fine paste.
Mix the maida, cornflour, ginger-garlic paste and salt in a bowl, add the green paste and mix well. Add water and chicken pieces into this mixture and mix well. Let it marinate in the fridge for 6-8 hours.
Beat the eggs well and keep aside.
Heat oil in a frying pan, dip each coated chicken piece in the egg and dip in hot oil. Fry on a medium flame till golden brown.
Serve hot with onion slices and lemon wedges.
