 Fish Kebabs 
Ingredients
  • 1 large Onion
  • 4 tablespoons Coriander leaves
  • 4 teaspoons Mint leaves
  • 3-4 Green chillies
  • 3-4 Garlic cloves
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 Egg white
  • 2 medium Fish
  • Bread crumbs
  • Salt (As per taste)
Method
Grind together the onions, coriander, mint, chillies, garlic and ginger to a coarse paste. Mix in the masalas and salt. Boil and flake the fish.

Add the fish and egg white and mix well to bind together.

Shape into small rolls like sausages. Roll in breadcrumbs.

These can then either be baked at 350 degrees F for 15-20 mins. Or cooked over medium heat in a non-stick pan, turning to brown all over.

Serve with lemon wedges and green chutney, onion and tomato slices.
