 Curried Lamb Chops 
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger paste
  • 3 Green chillies
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander-cumin seed powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • 1/4 kg Lamb Chops
  • Salt(As per taste)
Grind together onion, garlic, ginger and green chillies. Heat oil in a heavy pan and fry paste on medium heat till brown.

Mix in all the masalas and salt. Add curd and mix well. Put in lamb chops after removing any visible fat.
Cover and cook on slow to medium heat for 30-40 minutes or till done. Add about -1/2 cup water during cooking as necessary.

Serve hot with rotis.
