Chicken Farcha (Fried Chicken)

Ingredients |
- 6 Chicken legs
- 4-5 teaspoons Ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper powder

- 2 cups Refined flour
- 1/2-1 cup Water
- 2 Eggs
- Salt(As per taste)

Method |
Mix all the ingredients with little water to form a thick batter. Coat the chicken pieces evenly with this mixture and marinate in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours before frying. Beat the eggs in a large bowl.
Heat oil in a deep bottomed pan, dip the marinated chicken farchas into the beaten eggs and coat evenly.
Deep fry in hot oil for 3-4 minutes on a high flame and then on medium flame till golden brown in colour.
Serve hot with french fries, wafers and boiled eggs.
