Tomato Tok (Tomato & Jaggery Soup)

Ingredients |
- 500 gram Tomatoes
- 1 cup Grated jaggery
- 1 Bay leaf
- 2 Red chillies
- 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds

- 1 tablespoon Raisins
- 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
- 1 cup Water
- Salt (As per taste)

Method |
Dissolve the grated jaggery in hot water.
Heat oil in a pan, add the mustard seeds, chillies and bayleaf. Stir for half a minute, add the raisins and stir for another half minute. Add the tomatoes and stir until tender. Add the jaggery-water mixture and bring to a boil, then let it simmer for a couple of minutes.
