 Cauliflower Soup 
  • 300 grams Cauliflower
  • 100 grams Onions
  • 2 inches Chopped ginger
  • 1 Green chilli
  • 2 tablespoons Wheat flour
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Oil
  • 1.5 litres Water
  • Lemon
  • Pepper (As per taste)
  • Salt (As per taste)
Chop the onions and cauliflower.

Heat oil in a pan and saute the onions and cauliflower for 2-3 minutes. Add wheat flour and fry for another 2-3 minutes.

Add chopped green chilli, ginger, and pressure cook with water for 5-6 minutes.

Cool, liquidise and strain. Reheat, add salt and milk.

Serve with lime and pepper powder.
