Capsicum Soup

Ingredients |
- 100 grams Tomatoes
- 100 grams Capsicum
- 4 Garlic cloves
- 2 Cloves

- 1/2 teaspoon Oil
- 800 ml Water
- Salt (As per taste)

Method |
Boil the tomatoes and garlic. When soft, liquidise and strain. Chop capsicum into small pieces.
Heat oil in a pan, add the chopped capsicum and cloves and stir fry for 3-4 minutes. Add into the strained liquid. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve hot.
