Boti Kebabs

Ingredients |
- 500 grams Boneless mutton
- 3 tablespoons Curd
- 2 teaspoons Ginger-garlic paste
- 2 teaspoons Poppy seeds
- 2 teaspoons Sunflower seeds
- 2 teaspoons Coriander seeds

- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 8 Black peppercorns
- 4 Cloves
- 1 Onion
- Salt(As per taste)

Method |
Chop the mutton into 1 1/2 inch cubes. Chop the onion and grind to a fine paste. Lightly roast the poppy seeds, chironji, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, black pepper and cloves and grind to a coarse powder.
Coat the mutton pieces with ginger-garlic paste, beaten curd and onion paste. Sprinkle the ground powder, salt and marinate for 7-8 hours.
Thread the mutton cubes on skewers, baste with oil and roast over charcoal.
Serve hot with onion rings.
