Khajoor Gur Sandesh

Ingredients |
- 75 grams Khajur Gur (Date jaggery)
- 100 grams Khoya

Method |
Mash the cottage cheese and khoya. Grate and add the jaggery. Mix well. Put in a heavy bottomed pan and cook on a low flame for 4-5 minutes. Remove from flame and add pistachio nuts. Mix well. Shape into round balls and serve.
