Fried Potatoes

Ingredients |
- 2 large Potatoes
- 1/2 cup Groundnut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Chilli powder
|
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder
- Salt (As per taste)

Method |
Peel and slice the potatoes into 1/2 inch thick rounds. Fry the rounds in hot oil. When half done, remove and press each slice on a board to half its original thickness and re-fry with salt, sugar, chilli powder, coriander and cumin till golden brown.
