Chingri Cutlets (Prawn Cutlets)

Ingredients |
- 8-10 Prawns
- 2 tablespoons Vinegar
- 2 Eggs
- 3 tablespoons Ginger juice

- 1 cup Bread crumbs
- 1 cup Oil
- 3 tablespoons Onion juice
- Salt (As per taste)

Method |
Shell, de-vein and clean the prawns. Retain the tail. Marinate the prawns in the onion & ginger juice, vinegar and salt for 10 minutes. Beat the eggs.

Slightly flatten each marinated prawn with the back of a spoon, dip in the beaten egg and roll in bread crumbs. When the prawns are evenly coated with the crumbs deep fry in hot oil.
Place on a tissue paper to get rid of excess oil. Serve with tomato or coriander chutney.
