Korma Kaffar Shahi (Mughlai Lamb Curry)

Ingredients |
- 2 tablespoons Melon seeds
- 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds
- 60 grams Ghee
- 4 Onions
- 1 inch Ginger
- 4 Garlic cloves
- Salt (As per taste)

- 1 tablespoon Garam masala
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 2 Green chillies
- 1/3 cup Cashew nuts
- 1 kg Lamb
- 1/2 cup Cream

Method |
Chop the onions and chillies. Grate the ginger and crush the garlic. Make a paste of the sesame seeds and melon seeds.
Heat ghee in a large pan, add onions, ginger and garlic and fry until lightly browned.
Lower the heat, add salt, garam masala, yogurt, chillies, cashews and the seed paste and stir until smooth. Add lamb (preferable boneless,cut into bite-sized pieces), cover and cook for 1 1/2 hours until tender. Stir in the cream, check the seasoning before serving with naan.
