Rava Laddu (Semolina Laddu)

Ingredients |
- 1 1/2 cups Roasted semolina
- 1 1/2 cups Sugar
- 1/2 cup Ghee

- 1 teaspoon Cardamom powder
- 2 tablespoons Cashew nuts
- 2 tablespoons Raisins
- Salt(As per taste)

Method |
Roast the semolina in 2 tablespoons ghee till light golden in colour.
Mix the sugar, roasted semolina, cardomom powder and grind to a fine powder. Heat the remaining ghee, fry the cashewnuts and raisins. Add to the semolina-sugar mixture.
Shape into firm balls(laddus).
Store in an air tight container.
