Jatti Lau Tenga Anja (Ridge gourd and Fish curry)

Ingredients |
- 500 grams Fish
- 250 grams Ridge gourd
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons Turmeric powder

- 1/2 teaspoon Fenugreek seeds
- 3 tablespoons Oil
- Salt (As per taste)

Method |
Rub the fish with salt and 1 tsp of tumeric and keep aside for 15 minutes.
Heat oil in pan, fry the fish and set aside. Heat 2 tbsp of oil and splutter the fenugreek, add the gourd, salt and rest of the turmeric powder. Fry well, add a cup of water and cook until gourd is tender. Add the fried fish and simmer for 2 more minutes. Add lime juice before serving hot, with rice.
