 Murukku (Fried Rice Flour Sticks) 
Ingredients
  • 3 cups Rice flour
  • 1/4 cup Gram flour (besan)
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 pinch Asafoetida
  • 2 pinches Soda bi-carb
  • 3 tablespoons Ghee
  • 7 tablespoons Oil
  • Salt(As per taste)
Method
Sieve the flours. Mix all the ingredients together. Add a little water to make a stiff batter. Pour this batter into a sev press and drop in hot oil. Fry till golden brown in colour. Remove on tissue paper to get rid of extra oil.
