Coconut Fish with Herb Yogurt Dressing

Ingredients |
- 1/2 cup Flour
- 1/4 cup Coconut milk powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper powder
- 1 kg Fish fillets

- 2 Eggs
- 3/4 cup Yogurt
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Mustard sauce
- 1/4 cup Coriander

Method |
Lightly beat the eggs and set aside.
|
Combine all ingredients except the eggs and flour in a bowl.
Dip the fish fillets in the eggs, toss in the flour and saute in a shallow, non-stick frying pan until tender.
Serve with a yogurt dressing made by combining the yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, and fresh coriander (or parsley).
