 Suji Ka Seera (Semolina Seera) 
  • 150 grams Semolina
  • 100 grams Ghee
  • 100 grams Sugar
  • 5-7 Chopped almonds
  • 1 teaspoon Cardamom powder
  • 2-3 cups Hot water
Sieve and clean the semolina.

Heat ghee, add semolina and roast on low fire till light brown in colour. Add hot water and sugar and stir thoroughly till it becomes semisolid. Add the almonds and cardamom powder to the seera.

Serve hot.
