Sabudana Bada (Sago Dumplings)

- 250 grams Sago
- 2 tablespoons Salt
- 1 tablespoon Red chilli powder
- 300 grams Potatoes

- 50 grams Roasted peanuts
- 5-6 Green chillies
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- Oil

Method |
Wash and soak the sago in 1/2 litre of water for 15-20 minutes. Remove sago from water and spread it on paper to remove excess water. Boil the potatoes and mash. Grind the peanuts coarsely, cut the coriander leaves and chillies finely.
Mix sago, peanuts, potatoes and all the ingredients. Make small round balls and flatten them. Fry in hot oil and serve with chutney or tomato sauce.
