Makki Pakoda (Corn Dumplings)

Ingredients |
- 200 grams Corn
- 1 cup Water
- 50 grams Rice flour
- 100 grams Gram flour (besan)

- 1 1/2 teaspoons Chilli powder
- Oil
- Salt (As per taste)

Method |
Boil and mash the corn kernels (you can use canned corn).
|
Mix all the ingredients together, add water to help bind it (you may not need all the water specified).
Heat oil in round-bottomed pan and with the help of a spoon gently drop balls into the oil.
Fry the pakodis till golden brown and serve hot.
