Kairi ka Paani (Raw mango juice)

Ingredients |
- 5 medium Raw mangoes
- 2 tablespoons Cumin powder
- 3 tablespoons Powdered sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon Black salt
|
- 1/2 tablespoon Ginger powder
- 2-3 litres Water
- Salt (As per taste)

Method |
Peel and boil the raw managoes with seeds, in half litre water. Mash the manago pulp, remove the seeds, add two to three litres water and sieve through a thin cloth or strainer. Add all the above ingredients to water. Mix well.
Serve chilled garnished with mint leaves.
