Ingredients |
- 200 grams Basmati rice
- 4 teaspoons Ghee
- 4 Kashmiri chilli
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon Garam masala
- 20 Raisins

- 3 Cardamoms (green)
- 3 Cloves
- 3 small sticks Cinnamon
- Gatta
- Salt (As per taste)

Method |
Soak the raisins in water. Boil the rice and set aside.
Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds, cardamoms, cinnamon, cloves, bay leaves, gattas, cooked rice and raisins and then the other spices and seasoning.
Mix gently and remove from fire, Serve hot with kadhi.
