Burfi Bhawani (Almond and milk Dessert)

Ingredients |
- 2 cups Milk powder
- 2 cups Almonds
- 1/2 cup Castor sugar
|
- 1 tsp Cardamom powder
- 1 1/4 cups Cream
|

Method |
Grind the almonds into a fine paste. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and stir till all the ingredients are blended. Pour into a 20 cm (8 inch) pie plate and cook on Medium for 25 minutes. Leave it to stand of about 5 minutes to set and even if the centre appears wet. It will cook on it’s own heat. Cut into diamond shapes and refrigerate when cool.
