 Sabudana Uttapam (Sago Pancakes with Chopped Greens) 
  • 1/2 cup Sago
  • 1 cup Curd
  • 2 cups Rice flour
  • 1 Sliced onions
  • 4 Curry leaves
  • 6 Chopped green chillies
  • 1 bunch Chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • Salt (As per taste)
Soak sago in curds for 3 hours. Mix all the ingredients together. Add enough water to make a thick pouring consistency batter.

Heat oil in a frying pan and ladle out a large dollop of mixture on it. Spread evenly and cook on both sides, on a medium flame, till both the sides are evenly cooked and are light golden in colour.

Serve hot with sambhar or chutney.
