Heat a griddle and smear it evenly with oil. When hot enough put the prepared thalipeeth on it and cook both sides till brown. Ocassionally add 1/2 tsp.oil to the thalipeeth, as it cooks. When done on both sides, remove it from the griddle. Serve hot with curd or pickle.
