Podichapa (Andhra Fish Fry)

Ingredients |
- 1 kg Fish fillets
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 2 teaspoon Garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder

- 4-5 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 2 cups Oil (for frying)
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 2 inch Ginger
- Salt (As per taste)

Method |
Clean fish. Cut into 2" pieces and wash in water in which some salt and turmeric has been added. Apply salt, turmeric, chilly, garlic, ginger, and coriander powder and finally lime juice to the fish. Deep fry and serve hot.
