 Chutney Bharleli Macchi (Chutney fish) 
  • 4 Pomfret
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 3 cups Chopped coriander leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped green chillies
  • 1 cup Chopped mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Roasted jeera
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped ginger
  • 1/2 tablespoon Chopped garlic
  • 1 Raw mango
  • 2 tablespoons Semolina
  • 4 tablespoons Oil
  • Salt (As per taste)
Clean the pomfret, slit the belly and wash. Carefully slit open the pomfret from one side. Apply turmeric powder and salt and keep aside.

Grind all the remaining ingredients with minimum water make the chutney. Stuff the pomfret with this chutney. Carefully tie the pomfret with a thread. Roll in rawa (semolina) and shallow fry in a pan till cooked.
