Chawal ki Roti (Rice Flour Roti)

Ingredients |
- 1 1/2 cups Rice flour
- 8 Garlic cloves
- 1 Green chilli
- 1 inch Ginger

- 3 tablespoons Yogurt
- Oil (for frying)
- Salt (As per taste)

Method |
Grind the ginger, garlic and chilli to a smooth paste. Mix the salt, ginger paste and 2 tbsps oil or ghee with rice flour. Add yogurt and make a stiff dough. Do not knead. Mix gently with fingers till a dough is formed.
Divide into 6 portions. Roll them out to a round disc of 3 inch diameter and 1/4 inch thickness. Heat a griddle, shallow fry the rotis carefully one at a time, over low heat. Cook until both the sides turn light brown in color.
