Thari Ladoo (Rice Flour Ladoos)

Ingredients |
- 2 cups Rice flour
- 4 tablespoons Ghee
- 1/4 cup Cashew nuts
|
- 1/4 cup Raisins
- 1/2 teaspoon Cardamom powder
- 1/4 cup Milk
|

Method |
Fry cashewnuts and raisins in hot ghee. Set aside. Add the rice flour and fry for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the sugar and cardamom powder. Mix well. Take off fire and add hot milk. Add the fried cashewnuts and the raisins. Mix together and form into small balls.
