 Payasam (Rice Pudding) 
Ingredients
  • 10 cups Milk
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 tin Condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup Cashew nuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cardamom powder
  • 2 cups Rice
Method
Mix together 2 cups milk and 2 cups water. Bring to a boil. Add the rice and boil till the rice is 3/4th done. Add the remaining milk, condensed milk and sugar. Cook on a low flame till it thickens. Stir occasionally. Add the cashewnuts and cardamom powder. Cook till it is very thick.

Serve hot or cold.
