Ingredients |
- 3 cups Rice flour
- 11/2 cups Water
|
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- Salt (As per taste)

Method |
Boil the water, salt and oil. Just when the water starts boiling, slowly add the flour, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Remove from fire and knead. Grease a sev press. Put some batter into it and press into an idli stand in circles. Steam for 5-7 minutes.
Serve with stew or sweet chutney.
