- 100 gms Chick Peas
- 500 gms Curd
- 30 gms Currants
- 30 gms Dates
- Turmeric powder

- 3-4 Cloves
- 2-3 Cardamoms (black)
- 3 Bay Leaves
- Pure Ghee (As per requirement)
- Salt (As per taste)

Method |
Soak Chick Peas in water overnight.
Heat ghee in a frying pan. Fry spices and chick peas till golden brown. Mix currants, dates, bay leaves and stir for three minutes. Add curd and don't stir. Cook till water dries up.
Serve hot with rice.
